Traveloka FAQ: How to Pay for Your Booking at 7-Eleven

Sudden sales and the urge to travel during the wee hours of the morning or late at night can happen quite often. But what happens when you don’t have a credit card? Thankfully, Traveloka has partnered with 7-Eleven to make booking trips even more convenient for everyone. Here’s an easy step-by-step guide on making payments thru 7-Eleven.

Step 1

After you’ve booked your flight or hotel and you’ve filled in all your details, you’ll reach the “Payment options” page. You can choose from: bank transfer, mobile banking, or over-the-counter. In this case, select over-the-counter, 7-Eleven, then click pay.

Step 2

Once you’ve selected 7-Eleven as your payment method, you will be redirected to the payments instruction page where a barcode will be generated for you. Take note, your payment option will expire after a certain time period.

Step 3

Upon receipt of the barcode, you can either print it, write it down, or simply take your phone with you to the nearest 7-Eleven within the given time period.

Note: Make sure to know the exact amount you’re supposed to pay. Though 7-Eleven will provide you with change, it is important to inform them of the exact amount to avoid delays in issuing your flight or hotel voucher.

Step 4

Inform the cashier that you’re paying for your Traveloka booking via, present the barcode, and pay — You’re done! Your e-ticket or hotel voucher will be sent to your email and stored on your app’s My Booking tab shortly.
