Helmed by Master Chef Loh Weng Lam, Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant honors its roots in Cantonese cuisine and takes oriental dining to greater heights.
Imagine this: thinly sliced succulent duck meat with strips of crispy duck skin, sandwiched with julienned cucumber, spring onion, brushed with a whisper of sweet Hoisin sauce and wrapped with warm, fluffy egg crepes. Crunchy from the first bite, a lingering juicy tenderness and full of flavor! My favorite part? No meat will be left to waste as you can request to have the remaining duck meat made into other dishes.
There are five options from the menu to choose from – Fried Rice with Diced Duck and Szechuan Chilli Sauce, Egg Noodles with Shredded Duck, Wok Fried with Garden Green or Black Bean, Ginger and Spring Onion as well as Crispy Carrot and Golden Garlic.
