Embrace stay-at-home Aidilfitri and be part of Traveloka’s Raya Cara Kita campaign

With the whole world practicing social distancing during these challenging times, we will be celebrating this year’s Raya quite differently. But that doesn’t mean that you can’t celebrate at all. It just means that the traditions will continue in a different way. There might not be open houses, a big spread of Raya dishes and colorful Raya outfits, but we can still make the most of it.

To observe and enjoy the Ramadan period at home this year, we are introducing a ‘Raya Cara Kita’ campaign where you can enjoy a range of home tutorials in preparation of Raya. We’ve partnered with notable Malaysian beauty, fitness and home decor influencers to bring you a variety of curated video content such as makeup tutorials, arts and crafts classes, workout routines and many more.

The campaign is part of the new @HomeXperience learning section where you can enjoy exciting and inspirational video content on the Traveloka app.

Through this initiative, we aim to encourage users to stay productive during the social distancing period in the country, and to donate to our charity beneficiary NGOhub Asia to help them support organizations working tirelessly with vulnerable and marginalized communities that are severely affected by the pandemic.

The free video content is followed by an option for you to donate, either in singles or multiples of RM1, RM5, RM10, RM50, and RM100. Funds collected will enable organizations to extend vital support such as medical assistance and food aid to families in these amounts:

RM80 – Food for a family of four & under

(Consists of rice, eggs, sardine, cooking oil, biscuits, sugar, Milo, flour, one whole chicken, and two types of vegetables)

RM100 – Food for a family of 5, 6, or 7

(Consists of rice, sardine, eggs, cooking oil, biscuits, sugar, Milo, flour, two whole chickens, and two types of vegetables)
